“Ed Johnson with the Maryland Citizens Health Initiative asked the county’s house members to support legislation to establish a Prescription Drug Affordability Board, that would look at costs and set rates.

Johnson: Including high cost brand medications, high costs that prevent Maryland patients for accessing prescription drugs they need and significant affordability issues.

And by the way Olszewski says he supports that proposal which is being sponsored in the senate by Baltimore County State Senator Kathy Klausmeier.”
