Rx Affordability Coalition Action Items
The PDAB published the proposed UPL regulations for Jardiance and Ozempic in the June 26 edition of the Maryland Register. Comments on these proposed regulations will be accepted through July 27 and should be sent to Christina Shaklee at pdab.regs@maryland.gov . We hope to generate substantial support in this phase and urge all coalition partners to submit comments urging the finalization of these regulations so that the UPLs may go into effect for January 1, 2027.
